1. By entering this promotion (the “Promotion”), entrants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions governing this Promotion and by any other requirements set out in related promotional materials.

2. This Promotion is only open to residents of England, Wales and Scotland, aged 18 years old and over, excluding employees of the Promoter, associated agents, or anyone else professionally connected with the Promotion.

3. The Promotion will begin at 00:01 on 01 October 2025 and shall run until 23:59 on 15 December 2025 (inclusive) (the “Promotion Period”).

4. How to enter: Entrants to visit http://kinderbuenocashandcarry.co.uk/ and complete the online form entering the following details: (a) full name, (b) business name and address, (c) e-mail address.

5. Only one entry per person.

6. One prize per person throughout the Promotion Period.

7. No purchase necessary. Internet access required.

8. Prize: There are fifty (50) x £100 One4All digital gift cards available to be won in this Promotion.

9. Winner selection: following entry to the Promotion, winners will be selected at random from all entries received throughout the Promotion Period. Winners will be notified via e-mail within twenty-eight (28) days from the end of the Promotion Period. Reasonable efforts will be made to contact the winners. Winners will be required to respond via e-mail to confirm eligibility before the Prize is released within ten (10) working days of receiving the notification e-mail. Failure to respond shall result in any Prize award being considered as null and the Prize shall be listed for re-allocation. Upon confirmation of eligibility, the Promoter or its agent will then liaise with the prize winner via e-mail to arrange and issue their Prize.

11. The Promoter shall not be held liable for any issues arising from or out of the use of the Prizes and it is each winner’s responsibility to check and comply with any redemption requirements, including but not limited to expiry dates, usage restrictions or any other conditions as applicable to any Prize as stipulated by One4All. All names and intellectual property owned by One4All remains the property of One4All and this Promotion is not sponsored, endorsed or associated by them.

12. Prizes will be sent digitally to the winners to the email address provided upon entry within twenty-eight (28) days from the date upon which the winner confirms acceptance of the Prize.

13. Any decision of the Promoter is final and binding in all matters and no correspondence will be entered into.

14. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for late, incomplete, incorrectly submitted, corrupted or misdirected entries, claims or correspondence whether due to error, omission, alteration, tampering, deletion, theft, destruction, transmission interruption, communications failure or otherwise.

15. The Promoter and its associated agencies and companies will not be liable for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits), expense or damage which is suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person’s negligence) in connection with this promotion or accepting or using the Prize (including to any guests), except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law (including personal injury, death and fraud) in which case that liability is limited to the minimum allowable by law.

16. The Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for cash or any other form of compensation, this also includes the selling or transferring of Prizes to third parties. In the event for any reason any Prize winner does not take or accept an element of the Prize at the time stipulated by the Promoter, then that element of the Prize will be forfeited by that winner and neither cash nor any other form of compensation will be supplied in lieu of that element of the Prize. If for any reason a Prize as stated in this Promotion is not available, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute another prize for it, in its sole discretion, of equal or higher value.

17. The Promoter shall not be responsible for the fulfilment, quality, availability or any other issues arising out of using or enjoying the Prizes and any queries or complaints relating to the use of the Prizes must be directed to the relevant third-party provider.

18. If for any reason any aspect of this Promotion is not capable of running as planned, including by reason of infection by computer virus, network failure, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any cause beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Promotion, the Promoter may in its sole discretion cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion, or invalidate any affected entries.

19. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any damage, loss, liabilities, injury or disappointment incurred or suffered as a result of entering this Promotion or accepting the Prize. The Promoter further disclaims liability for any injury or damage to any winner or any other person's computer relating to or resulting from participation in or downloading any materials in connection with this Promotion.

20. The Promoter reserves the right at any time and from time to time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, this Promotion with or without prior notice due to reasons outside its control (including, without limitation, in the case of anticipated, suspected or actual fraud). The decision of the Promoter in all matters under its control is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into.

21. If a winning entry from a draw is deemed not to comply with any of these conditions of entry, that entry will be discarded, and a new winner of a Prize will be randomly selected.

22. Any entries that the Promoter considers in their absolute discretion to be dangerous, vulgar, offensive, indecent, illegal, or fraudulent will be disqualified from this Promotion.

23. The Promoter is required to either publish or make available information that indicates a valid award took place. As such, the Promoter, or its agent, will send the surname and county of major Prize winners to anyone that contacts Kinder Bueno C&C Competition 2025, FPP Leeds, 7 Park Row, LS1 5HD, no later than twenty-eight (28) days after the end of this Promotion.

24. Subject to a winner’s consent, the Promoter may use name, image and town or county of residence information to announce the winner of this promotion and for any other reasonable and related promotional purposes. Winners further agree to participate in any reasonable publicity required by the Promoter.

25. If any winner objects to any or all of their surname, county and winning entry being published or made available, they should contact the Promoter at the address provided. In such circumstances, the Promoter must still provide the information and winning entry to competent authorities, including the Advertising Standard Authority, on request.

26. If the Promoter has any reason to believe that there has been a breach of these Terms and Conditions, or if it has any reason to believe that efforts have been made to distort the competitive process or spirit of the Promotion, the Promoter may, at its sole discretion, reserve the right to exclude any entrant from participating in the Promotion.

27. Verification of age, identity and address will be required before any Prize is awarded.

28. If any clause or provision of these Terms and Conditions is declared by a court to be illegal, invalid or unenforceable, this declaration shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any other clause or provision within.

29. These Terms and Conditions are governed by English Law and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.

30. By entering this Promotion, all entrants provide the Promoter and its agencies express consent to process their personal data for the purpose of conducting this Promotion only and in its accordance with the Promoter’s privacy policy (as amended from time to time) which can be found at https://www.kinder.com/uk/en/privacy-policy. The Promoter may disclose winners’ personal information to its contractors and agents to assist in conducting this Promotion, fulfilling any Prize or communicating with entrants.
